UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service will be used to ship all orders.  USPS Priority Mail is used for all international shipments unless otherwise noted.
   
Delivery time will depend on two factors:
A. When we ship the order
The expected ship date for your order will depend on availability. If all items are in stock, they will ship within two business days of placing the order.
Special order items will usually ship within seven business days; we will ship your entire order once special order parts have arrived. Please email or call to confirm an expected ship date.
B.  Shipping and transit time
Once we ship your order, it will typically take an additional 1 to 5 days for you to receive it
On orders shipping outside the US, please allow 1 to 2 weeks to receive your order after we ship it.
We try to be as accurate as possible when estimating our ship dates. We would rather overestimate than under estimate.
   
Not all discontinued, TRD, new-old-stock, older parts, or accessories are available for immediate shipment. Some of these items can take up to four months for us to receive. Please email us to confirm availability of these parts. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued, Japan only sourced parts, TRD parts or accessories. They are considered “final sale.”
   
All orders must have a valid Home or Business address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
   
NOTE: Due to significant risk of damage in transit, we do not ship extremely large and damage-prone parts such as most bumper components, body panels, and glass.  Those items must be picked up in person at our Springfield, Oregon location. Oversize items and Heavy Weight items, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, drivetrain and brake components, require extra shipping charges; please email us for a quote before ordering. Please be specific as to what you want to have shipped and have the complete address to which it will be shipped. These items are necessary to give an accurate quote for shipping costs. If the actual shipping charges are more than what was calculated at checkout, the buyer will be charged the additional shipping charges.

 

 
International Orders: Due to the cost of shipping internationally, the shipping prices calculated at checkout may not apply. You will be charged estimated shipping costs at the time of shipping. Any additional charges incurred will be billed separately. If you order a part that is Oversize, Heavyweight or may have unusually high shipping costs, we will contact you prior to shipping to give you a shipping estimate. At that time we will ask for written or verbal consent to charge you actual shipping costs. Internationals Buyers are responsible for all costs incurred while shipping the product to their given address. This includes, but is not limited to insurance, import taxes or duties. International orders will only be shipped to the credit card billing address. There are no exceptions.
   
Core Policy: Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
